Rabbit & Pork Leadership Team

John Campbell

MD & Founder

John founded Rabbit & Pork as the fourth agency and Voice Experience arm of TIPi Group. John has developed and launched several Google Actions and Skills, presented at several voice events around the UK, spoken on the VUX podcast and authored multiple whitepapers.

John has 12 years of experience in digital marketing. Beginning his career at Just Search, working with brands such as Sports Direct, Total PDA and Furniture Today, by 2009, John had moved to Amaze in the role of SEO Campaign Manager working on international brands such as Dyson, Lexus, Henri Lloyd and ODEON. John later moved to STEAK as an SEO Account Manager progressing to the role of Group Account Manager, heading up a team working on Enterprise Rent-A-Car, LV= and Eurostar. In 2015 John moved to ZenithOptimedia / Performics as an SEO Account Director for NatWest and Toyota.

John was recruited as Head of SEO at ROAST, TIPi Group’s founding agency, four years ago, to define its SEO offering, grow and manage the output of the team and improve the departments suite of SEO technology. It was at ROAST John started to develop a voice proposition, first around the optimisation of website content for voice and then in the creation of Google Actions and Alexa Skills.

Camilla Charalambous

Sales & Marketing Director

As Sales & Marketing Director at TIPi group, Camilla plays a crucial role in communicating its Voice Experience expertise, and how Rabbit & Pork can help brands to incorporate voice into digital strategies as it takes over the world of search and digital experience.

Camilla has over ten years experience in the industry and has been involved in establishing and successfully growing a variety of agency models. Starting at ‘Minute Steak’; this sister agency to STEAK was set up to deliver Search and Social campaigns to meet business objectives from a hyper-local to international scale.

In 2015 Cam went on to join forces with ex-STEAK CEO to help launch ROAST, acting as the agency’s first client relations director.

As Sales & Marketing Director at TIPi Group, Cam leads combined strategies across the two departments, to ensure consistent collaboration and effective communication within the market.

Rikesh Balakrishnan

Junior Developer

Rikesh is a Junior Developer who recently graduated from Flatiron School and is competent in JavaScript, React, React Native, SQL, Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

Prior to this, he graduated with a Law degree and worked in Property Development and Lettings for a number of years before embarking on a career change.

Rikesh joined Rabbit & Pork as their Junior Developer in March 2021 to help them produce custom Alexa Skills and Google Actions for clients.

Max Ley

New Business and Partnerships

As New Business and Partnerships, Max works most closely with Rabbit & Pork to build relationships with partners and both discover businesses who could use our expertise and also help those who already know us to find the service they are looking for! Max began his career at TIPi Group in 2020 this year after completing the TIPi Academy. Before TIPi Group, Max graduated from the University of Sussex, with a degree in English and American studies.

Annie Coles

Finance Director

Annie joined ROAST/TIPi Group in 2015 from 360i London where she was Finance & Operations Director. Before 360i London, Annie was Finance Director at STEAK where she looked after Finance for the STEAK Group in the UK/US and Australia before transitioning the company through integration into the Dentsu Aegis Network.

Jamie Ross-Skinner

Insights Director

Jamie spearheads the central insights offering at TIPi Group. He provides data-led consumer-centric insights which inform client strategies across our full spectrum of agencies. Jamie started his career client-side before getting his first taste of agency life at WCRS and then joining ROAST in 2018. He has provided competitor and consumer insights alongside trend analysis for a wide range of cross-sector brands including HCA Healthcare UK, Reviti, Rightmove, Best At Travel and Trainline.

Christina Daskajiannis

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Christina works closely with clients to build solid relationships and ensures strong communication throughout. Her role as Project Manager is supported by her experience within the TIPi Group as Marketing Executive, delivering campaigns across all of the TIPi Group agencies.
